On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, Colorado Springs officials will present the plans for the replacement of the 31st & Water bridge and the roundabout at 31st and Fontanero. The meeting will be held at Holmes Middle School on Mesa Road.
2026 Activities: All Pleasant Valley residents are welcome.
PVNA will have its annual Meet and Greet at Rockledge Ranch on September 26, 2026 from 9:00 AM to noon. If you are a crafts person or artist and would like to offer your handiworks or creations to residents who attend the meeting, please let us know by clicking this link to email us. Please provide your name and what you will be offering. There is no charge to participate in this event. We hope you will consider participating.

The Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association would like to invite neighbors (owners or renters) to join the Association. Through participating in activities, we get to know our neighbors, and this becomes a safer and a more friendly community. There are many new faces right now and we’d love to get to know you!
